Do you have an excellent command of English, equivalent to C2 level? Would you like to work for one of the most prestigious companies in the financial sector? This opportunity could be a great fit for you.
Your mission will be to provide customer service in English, both by phone and email, to customers of an important financial institution. You will handle queries related to credit cards and support customers with any issues concerning their transactions.
Requirements
- Required languages: English proficiency at C2 level, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Required experience: Experience in customer service.
- Others requirements: Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.
- Good communication skills, customer orientation and confidence using digital tools.

What do we offer you?
- Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
- Full time 39 hours/week.




- Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 8pm.
- Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome.
- Salary of €1,635 gross per month.
- Training duration: From 13 October to 23 October 2026, inclusive.
- Training schedule: Monday to Thursday, split shift from 9:00 to 18:00; Friday, continuous shift from 9:00 to 16:00.
- Training will be completed under contract.
