Meet the team Organic Growth builds sustainable, compounding growth engines for Preply. Within the team, Product Led Growth and Pricing & Discounting are two strategic areas with the potential to unlock non‑linear growth, improve learner lifetime value and strengthen the economics of our marketplace. Product Led Growth already has a dedicated cross‑functional product team, including Product, Design, Analytics and Engineering. Pricing and Discounting is the next area of strategic development, with further product investment planned as part of Preply's growth agenda. You will report to the Senior Director of Organic Growth and take responsibility for agreed commercial KPIs across both areas.
