An opportunity has arisen to join the Markets & Performance team at Cubico Sustainable Investments as an Automation Analyst for Cubico Spain. Located in Madrid and reporting into the Markets & Performance Manager,
this role will be responsible for driving the digitalization and automation of processes within the Markets & Performance team through the use of digital tools, cloud-based solutions and artificial intelligence technologies, with the objective of improving operational efficiency, data quality, and the team's analytical capabilities.
Job Requirements

- Experience in process automation and/or digitalization within corporate environments.
- Practical knowledge of automation and data analytics tools (Power Automate, advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Familiarity with system integration concepts (REST APIs, JSON, connectors).
- Experience or strong interest in the practical application of AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with numerical data and complex processes.
- Ability to understand business processes and transform them into automated solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across different teams.
