Your mission & impact
As a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer, you will be a key member of the team building our AI‑powered Payroll Operations platform. You will work on a cutting‑edge intelligent assistant that automates and streamlines payroll workflows, enabling practitioners to manage payroll operations efficiently through a conversational AI experience. You will contribute across the full stack — from micro frontends and web components, through REST APIs and relational databases, to cloud‑hosted AI agents — and integrate with multiple enterprise payroll systems.




What we’re looking for

7+ years of experience as a Full‑Stack or Backend Engineer working with Python and/or .NET in complex enterprise environments.
Strong experience designing and building Python‑based services, ideally including AI agents or integrations with cloud AI platforms.
Solid experience with .NET Core for building RESTful APIs and backend services.
Experience with modern frontend frameworks, ideally Angular, and with web components (Stencil or similar) and micro frontend architectures.
Strong knowledge of relational databases (preferably SQL Server): writing complex queries, understanding schemas, and integrating with existing data models.
Experience with infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform, and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Solid understanding of software architecture and distributed systems (modularization, scalability, resilience).
Experience integrating with or modernizing legacy enterprise
