As a result, we are looking for a Electro Optical Engineer.
Please find below the responsibilities, profile, conditions and other details of the position:
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the R&D; team, you will work in the photonics department and will be responsible for high-speed broadband electro-optical (EO) components characterization, modeling, and design.
You will also overview these components production and manufacturing by top tier manufacturers.
In your role you will use the state of the art high speed broad band RF equipment to measure and characterize the EO components, you will analyze the data and prepare high quality reports, that will be used as inputs for modeling and design.
You will also take part of the design and optimization of the next generation EO components to enable the company’s future products.
Your will interact with the Analog & Mixed signal team to help design the drivers of these EO devices. The measurements and models that you will develop will be used in sophisticated simulation tools to allow optimization of the full link simulation to enable high speed operation of the optical transceivers.
What You BringMSc in Physics, Electrical engineering, Electronics, or relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in related fields.
