Location: Valencia, Spain or Brindisi, Italy
Required Technical SkillsScope of Work:
- Perform database administration tasks of MSSQL and open source databases;
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of applications and tools for the UNICC and partners;
- Resolve in a timely manner Tier-2 application issues and escalated Tier-3 issues to Designated focal points;
- Assist in the evaluation, configuration and installation of new releases in accordance with established configuration management standards;
- Assist in applications structural changes required during system upgrades;
- Assist in the deployment of tools and in the implementation of processes to assist in operational support;
- Assist in responding to application-related queries from end users in remote locations;




- Facilitate knowledge transfer to Tier-1 and deliver end-user training sessions on the application functionality.
- Assist in the development and in the updating of software applications related documentation, including technical documentation and system reports, attend operational and other meetings;
- Provide standby and on-call 24×7 support, and work in shifts when requested;
- Provide other ad hoc support either within your team or in other teams as required – this includes the participation in special projects or support to service delivery for short period of time on a part‑time or full‑time basis upon request from the senior management;
- Perform other duties, as required.

The resource MUST have the following skills and experience::
- 3 to 5 years of experience in application maintenance and general IT support;
- Assist in deploying and maintaining cloud identity platforms based on client requirements.
- Good working knowledge of client/server applications
