What you will do in this role
- -Identifyand assess customers’ needs, handling consultations, after-sales requests, and general enquiries.
- -Manage customercommunicationsthroughemail and chat, providingaccurateand complete information.
- -Handle customer complaints, findappropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.




- -Build strong customer relationships through empathy, clear communication, and a customer-first approach.
- -Manage theCRM system, keeping customer interactions, accounts, files, and databases up to date.
- -Collaborate withSales, Finance, Administration, and other departmentsto support customer processes and operations.

Your qualifications
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced level of English
- Previousexperience incustomer service, helpdesk, or a similar roleis valuable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented, with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Able tomulti-task, prioritize, and find effective solutionsin a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable, resourceful, proactive, and dynamic.
- A true team player who enjoys working towards both individual and team goals.
