- : SpainKey ResponsibilitiesTRG Equipment & Materials CoordinatorRole OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized TRG Equipment & Materials Coordinator to manage the preparation, shipment, return, inspection, and storage of TRG rigs and training materials.

The role will ensure that all equipment and supporting materials are available, in good working condition,



and ready for each TRG session.Key Responsibilities1.

TRG Rig Preparation & ShipmentSelect and prepare the required TRG rigs/equipment based on the requirements of each TRG session.Review the availability and current status of TRG rigs prior to shipment.Group and organize the required rigs in the storeroom for each session.Prepare delivery notes and other required shipment documentation.Coordinate the packing and dispatch of TRG rigs to the customer site.Ensure all required equipment is shipped accurately and on time.2.

TRG Rig Return & InspectionReceive and review TRG rigs after their return from customer sites.Inspect equipment for damage, wear, missing components, or other issues.Identify equipment requiring repair, maintenance, or replacement.Replace damaged or missing equipment where required.Coordinate or perform basic repairs, as appropriate.Update the status of returned equipment and ensure any issue
