You will:
- Set the growth and brand strategy for Spain B2C, with a 3-year plan and targets to multiply our growth several times over, and report progress to the executive committee.
- Lead every acquisition channel: Paid (search, social, programmatic), SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), making sure Tuio shows up wherever people search, including LLM-based assistants.
- Own CRM and retention strategy: lifecycle, onboarding, cross-sell and renewal, with churn and LTV as core metrics.
- Scale agentic sales: own the performance of our AI chat and voice sales agents, working with the AI and Product teams to improve conversion, quality and customer experience.
- Build the agentic growth engine: define which processes become agents, how they're measured, and how the team works alongside them.




- Build the Tuio brand: positioning, narrative, visual identity and brand campaigns that make Tuio the reference digital insurer in Spain, and measure its impact on growth.
- Run a high-velocity experimentation culture across channels, funnel, pricing and messaging.
- Hire, lead and develop the team, and manage the growth and brand budget with a clear ROI discipline, closely monitoring CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback and churn so growth stays sustainable.
