Experteer Overview As Legal Counsel - Portugal, you will support Fever’s Iberian expansion with pragmatic, business-minded legal guidance across commercial contracts, governance, and regulatory matters. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable rapid, compliant growth in Portugal and the broader Iberia region. Your work helps protect Fever’s long-term success while facilitating international projects. - Draft and revise Portuguese and English commercial contracts, terms and conditions, RFPs and related documents
- Support commercial teams in deal negotiations and document preparation
- Research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritise and manage matters
- Contribute to knowledge management, templates, guides, processes and tools within Legal




- Participate in ongoing compliance functions and product advice as required

- 5+ years post-qualification experience as a lawyer in a Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction
- Professional fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages a plus
