We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Quality Engineer (Automation & AI) professional with high proactivity.
Main responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Python.
- Implement unit, integration, end-to-end, API, and performance tests.
- Define the product quality strategy together with the development team.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Participate in technical reviews and collaborate closely with developers throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Identify quality risks and propose continuous improvements in both processes and tools.
- Perform exploratory testing when necessary to discover scenarios not previously considered before automation.
- Participate in the validation of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, especially agentic systems and LLM-based applications.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or an equivalent technical degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering with a strong focus on automation.
- Experience developing automation frameworks in Python.
- Experience defining and implementing testing strategies for modern applications.
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- High level of English (daily work in English).
