This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to employee experience initiatives in a dynamic, fast-growing tech environment.Key responsibilities:- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes,



ensuring a smooth employee experience.- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.- Help coordinate internal HR communications and documentation (contracts, policies, etc.).- Support the administration of benefits, leaves, and employee requests.- Collaborate on internal initiatives to promote engagement, culture, and employee well-being.- Participate in employee relations cases and follow-up, under guidance from the team.- Help prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and KPIs.- Work closely with the wider People team to support ad-hoc projects and process improvements.RequirementsWhat makes you a great fit:- A Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.- A strong interest in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and workplace culture.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (S
