Join Accenture as a Legal Contracting Associate Manager and support complex client transactions at the intersection of law, technology, and business. In this role, you will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements while advising internal stakeholders on legal, commercial, and risk-management matters. Key Responsibilities * Structure, negotiate, and close client transactions from both legal and business perspectives. * Collaborate with senior contracting legal professionals and internal business stakeholders to prepare for client negotiations. * Review, draft, and negotiate agreements including master services agreements, outsourcing agreements, statements of work, service-level agreements, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, data-transfer agreements, and requests for proposals. * Support agreements involving cloud, blockchain security, automation, systems integration, and agile development. * Work with senior legal professionals on complex contracts and deal structures. * Advise company executives on legal and risk-management matters.



* Monitor developments affecting the company, its clients, and relevant industries, incorporating those insights into transactional practices. * Develop subject-matter expertise in areas that support the Legal function and the wider business. * Contribute to internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge resources covering legal and business topics. * Support and implement Legal Group initiatives. * Continue developing as a commercially focused, relevant, and technology-enabled contracting professional.
