In this role you will lead the regional operational framework for underwriting, claims, and medical activities in EMEA, enabling scalable and risk-controlled service delivery. You will drive governance, quality assurance, and performance insights to optimise resources and ensure regulatory alignment. Partnering with regional leadership, you’ll establish consistent controls and data-driven dashboards that inform decisions and improvements. This role offers impact through shaping the regional operating model and advancing digital capabilities and automation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and implement regional operational strategy and governance for EMEA
• Establish consistent controls, procedures, and oversight standards across underwriting and claims
• Lead regional quality assurance and risk management, including remediation actions
• Ensure underwriting authorities are appropriate and regularly reviewed
• Create data-driven management information and dashboards to monitor productivity, quality, capacity, workload and client service




• Oversee regional resource planning and shared services to optimize resources while maintaining compliance
• Collaborate with regional leadership and SMEs to share best practices and deliver strategy
• Support adoption of new systems, digital capabilities and automation with strong controls and performance metrics
• Act as NEXUS Regional Business Owner for EMEA and lead a high-performing regional operations function

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience within life and health insurance or reinsurance operations
• Proven leadership experience in underwriting, claims, operational management or risk management
• Experience developing governance, quality assurance and performance management frameworks
• Experience leading operational improvement, transformation or change initiatives
• Strong experience using management information and data analytics to drive decisions
• Experience across multiple markets,
