Your responsibilities and tasks- Answer phone calls and manage customer requests, distributing calls to the appropriate team if needed. Receive customer requests via email and manage them.- Distribute requests from the shared customer service inbox to colleagues in the department.- Manage quotations: receive requests, create quotations, follow up on acceptance and act on superior instructions.- Order Management: create sales orders, purchase goods for the central warehouse and follow up on delivery.- Coordinate order delivery tracking with Supply Chain & Logistics.- Administrative management of service requests: register requests in the system, assign initial date and technician based on availability and area geographic.- Invoicing of services: produce proforma and final invoices after verifying documentation and data; track and receipt of orders for billing; issue credit notes in compliance with approval guidelines.- Manage maintenance contracts: register contract info, control intervention dates,
