Experteer Overview In this role you apply mechanical engineering expertise to drive reliability of rotating and fixed equipment across assigned areas. You will use reliability analytics and cost analysis to improve equipment performance and life-cycle outcomes. You will collaborate with internal and external experts, prepare project requests, and support change management. You ensure repairs meet OEM specifications and help set monitoring plans, contributing to Marathon Petroleum’s safety and efficiency goals.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for rotating and fixed equipment; coordinate with internal/external experts
- Apply reliability tools (reliability analytics, failure evaluations, cost analysis) to improve equipment reliability




- Write Project Request Forms for reliability improvements and equipment upgrades, including life cycle cost analysis and DSP support
- Champion Management of Change (MOC) for assigned work scope
- Help establish equipment monitoring plans and control limits
- Ensure repairs meet or exceed Original Manufacturer (OEM) specificationsResponsabilidades
