The Role
Reporting to the Country Medical Director of Spain/Portugal, the Associate Director,
Medical Affairs Strategy will be a key scientific and strategic leader responsible for developing and delivering Medical Affairs strategies and tactical plans for assigned oncology assets.
The role will have a particular focus on launch readiness, evidence generation and lifecycle management. Strong strategic thinking skills will be essential to anticipate challenges and opportunities, establish clear medical priorities and shape long-term asset strategy. Working across European and integral teams, the Associate Director will translate scientific data, stakeholder insights, patient needs and business priorities into clear medical strategies and impactful activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Medical Affairs strategic and tactical plans, in collaboration with the Country Medical Director and cross-functional team
- Apply strategic thinking to identify emerging opportunities, anticipate evidence gaps and prioritize activities across launch readiness
