This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced corporate finance professional looking to play a key role in managing transaction, advisory, asset management, and business planning activities across a diverse portfolio of clients and sectors.The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven people leadership skills, overseeing a team of finance professionals while ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality advisory mandates and strategic projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, mentor, and develop a team of M&A; and asset management professionals across Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate, and junior leadership levels, including workload allocation, performance reviews, and career progression planning.Review and quality-control financial models (including DCF, three-way, LBO, earn-out, and valuation models), business plans, information memoranda, pitch materials, asset management analyses,



and due diligence outputs before escalation to senior stakeholders or external counterparties.Oversee the team's pipeline of M&A;, advisory, asset management, and business planning assignments across multiple sectors, including technology, consulting, energy, industrials, financial services, consumer, and foodtech.Act as the primary point of contact between the advisory and asset management team and senior leadership.Manage external advisory and service mandates, including scope definition, resourcing, delivery management, pricing, client communication, and commercial follow-up.Monitor the financial performance of each mandate, ensuring appropriate pricing strategies and resource allocation, while implementing corrective actions where necessary to protect profitability.Support the continued expansion of the advisory business by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships,
