The mission of this role is to
define and optimize the global O and M strategy, standards and operating model to maximize asset performance and lifecycle value, while ensuring safe, efficient and scalable execution across technologies and geographies and strong cooperation with regional teams.

1. O and M Strategy and Standards

Define how EDP maintains and operates its assets globally.

Own the global O and M strategy and maintenance standards across technologies, balancing safety, availability, reliability, quality, cost and lifecycle value.

Define integral O and M methodologies,



minimum requirements and technical standards, allowing for justified regional and asset:specific adaptation.

Drive adoption and continuous improvement of O and M standards based on operational performance, field experience and technology evolution.

2. Operating Model and Field Excellence

Define how O and M is organized and executed in the field.

Own and continuously optimize the global O and M operating model, including roles, responsibilities, processes, governance, interfaces and facility:management activities.
