Role Definition
This role provides customer service and contract administration support for Caterpillar Financial customers. Acting as a key point of contact, the position supports customers with financial products and services, contract maintenance and modifications, payment processing, collections activities, and digital financing platforms.
The role also ensures accurate data management across business systems while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
What You Will Do

- Provides administrative support for the Customer Services Representatives. Administrative support includes, preparing invoices and other miscellaneous forms and letters.
- Answering inbound customer service inquiries. Providing analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate.
- Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
- Understanding of products and services offered, providing appropriate solutions to customer queries.
