What You'll Own

Email Marketing, CRM & Retention

(Your Core Mission)
Design and execute CRM campaigns across

email, push notifications and in-app messages

.
Build and optimize lifecycle journeys:

Welcome, Onboarding, Activation, Reactivation & Winback

.
Segment users based on behavior, needs and product usage.
Help improve customer engagement and retention through data-driven strategies.

Growth & Experimentation
Track, analyse and report campaign performance using key KPIs.
Create dashboards and recurring reports to support decision-making.
Run A/B tests on messaging, landing pages and funnels.
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation and conversion.





✍️ Content, UX Writing & Messaging
Create compelling copy for the website, app, landing pages, onboarding flows and email campaigns.
Help shape a clear, engaging and user-centric customer experience.

✅ What We're Looking For
Ability to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution.
Analytical mindset and confidence working with data (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Strong interest in

B2C Growth, Lifecycle Marketing and CRM

.
Curiosity for A/B testing, experimentation and continuous optimization.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and creativity.

⭐ Nice to Have
Experience with CRM & Email Marketing platforms such as

Mailchimp, Braze, Salesforce or HubSpot

Previous experience in a startup environment.
Basic understanding of APIs and tool integrations.
