Position Overview
The Senior Associate Digital Renewal Representative is responsible for managing multiple customer renewal cycles across regional accounts, ensuring timely, accurate renewals while supporting customer retention and growth. This role engages directly with customers on renewal discussions, identifies churn risks and expansion opportunities, and collaborates with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners.

This role is Monday to Friday with an expectation of being in-office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
Execute end‐to‐end renewal motions, streamlining workflows and minimizing manual intervention
Close customer renewals to protect and retain the existing customer base, ensuring accuracy and on time execution
Drive and close seat expansion opportunities at the time of renewal using standard sales plays
Monitor account auto‐renewal status and intervene when auto‐renewals are disabled to prevent churn
Work directly with customer procurement teams to complete renewal transactions
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility using CRM and renewal tracking too
