Reporting to the Sales Director for Continental Europe, you will lead a team of field-based sales agents, develop the local sales strategy, and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service to hit revenue and margin targets. You will bring a proven track record in field sales within the region, experience in managing teams, and strong communication in Spanish and English, with Italian knowledge preferred.
