Job purpose: This role is responsible for the overall planning, supervision, and monitoring of a project, ensuring the achievement of expected results and established indicators. It involves managing risks and operational challenges, coordinating various project functions, and ensuring coherence in activities. The position serves as the primary institutional focal point for relevant authorities, donors, and stakeholders, promoting effective coordination and communication. It also acts as a liaison between the project management team and the IOM Spain office, ensuring timely strategic, programmatic, operational,



and financial information flow. The role is crucial for overseeing the correct functioning of the project's resource center, ensuring services meet IOM's quality, protection, and care standards.
