Your Role
We are looking for a Brand Manager Spain to join the Advance team, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager. In this role, you will lead the brand strategy in the market, acting as a key driver of growth by shaping and executing impactful brand plans, while continuously identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities.
What you will do
Market analysis and brand monitoring: monthly analysis of the brand performance and competitive landscape to proactively identify growth opportunities Definition of the annual brand plans based on the brand's strategy and objectives:including media & communication strategy and consumer promotion activities in order to boost the brand's sales Manage Marketing & Promotional budgetensuring efficient resources allocation to deliver results and to ensure a healthy P&L; Co-create together with the media team the local brand campaigns with a strong focus on digital & social ecosystems, maximizing impact across the customer journey while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance Lead and cocreation of Social Media Content,



with continuous measurement and action planning together with Media Country Lead Collaborate with the General team to develop and execute innovation projects, based on a strong understanding of local needs and opportunities Cross-Functional collaboration:build strong, trusted relationships withother departments (Commercial Excellence, Sales, NPD, Regulatory, Consumer Care...)to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints What we are looking for 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment within the FMCG/OTC or Veterinarian sector, across Marketing, NPD or Technical Communications Qualifications Degree in Veterinary Medicine, with experience in veterinary clinics and a solid understanding of industry dynamics Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar highly valuated Good knowledge of social media dynamics, with a clear interest for this space and a genuine passion for
