What does this internship consist of?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.




Challenges and Responsibilities:
- Support HR teams and hiring managers in drafting position descriptions, preparing requisition requests, and researching talent sourcing strategies.
- Help prepare and organize candidate shortlists and screening profiles for senior recruiter review.
- Collaborate on daily talent acquisition activities, including initial resume reviews, scheduling candidate interviews, and conducting preliminary phone screens.
- Assist in posting and updating job vacancies across internal/external portals, university networks, and social media platforms.
- Help promote Airbus employee referral programs and internal mobility opportunities through internal communications.
- Support the maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), data entry, and the preparation of basic recruitment administrative reports.
