We are a leading Chinese enterprise specializing in Water Treatment Chemicals. Our products enjoy strong market demand globally with large sales volume and transaction value. We already have a pool of existing clients in the Spanish market waiting for on-site follow-up and further business development. We are now recruiting an international sales representative to be permanently stationed in Spain.

Job Responsibilities
• On-site local account & business management in Spain
• Travel to visit local and surrounding clients to secure new orders
• Develop and implement marketing activities
• Source leads via multiple channels: existing company client database, online marketing leads, domestic & international exhibitions, etc.
• Follow up clients via online communication, negotiate and close sales orders
• Maintain client relationships, prepare quotations, follow sales pipelines and win orders
• Back-office support including sales assistant, documentation & logistics team will handle order fulfillment. Sales rep only focuses on client communication & negotiation




• Onboarding training & mentor support will be provided
• Structured training and assessment system during probation period, candidates are required to complete assigned tasks

Requirements
• CET-6 or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Spanish language ability is a strong plus and priority consideration.
• No restriction on academic major; candidates with international trade / export sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, excellent communication, expression, learning and coordination skills, good team player with continuous learning mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
• Basic salary (non-commissionable): 6000 CNY + uncapped sales commission. Guaranteed total package (base + commission) ≥ 8000 CNY for the first year.
