We are looking for a Sales Director specializing in cybersecurity to drive the sale of advanced solutions across Accenture’s full cybersecurity portfolio, including Continuous Threat Exposure Management, Managed Security Services, Identity Management, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, and Mythos-related solutions. The role focuses on leading complex enterprise sales cycles and delivering measurable business growth through high-value deals.

The position is based in Madrid in a hybrid work model, combining remote work and office presence to foster collaboration.





It is required to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit.

Main functions:

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles for cybersecurity services, including SOC, MDR, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, and Identity & Access Management, targeting enterprise clients.

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline using structured sales methodologies and CRM tools, ensuring visibility and forecasting accuracy.

• Lead contract negotiations with executive stakeholders such as CISO, CIO, COO, and board-level clients.

• Collaborate with global and local Accenture teams (Cloud, Identity, Network Security) to design integrated and scalable cyber solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for cybersecurity offerings aligned with regional and integral targets.

• Manage complex multi-tower deals by orchestrating cross-functional technical and delivery teams.

• Achieve and exceed revenue and ACV targ
