As a Technical Customer Service Representative at CGS Nexus, you will be in direct contact with our customers, helping them find solutions to their technical issues and making sure they receive a positive support experience.

Languages
We are currently hiring for several language teams. You should have:
Advanced level in one of the following languages: Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Dutch
Intermediate level of English
Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly

What we're looking for:
1–3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience using or supporting Microsoft Windows, PC hardware and software
Good verbal, written and listening skills
Willingness to learn and develop your technical knowledge
Ability to work towards quality, productivity and attendance targets
Professional attitude and a customer-focused approach
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

What you'll do:
Troubleshoot,



research and resolve technical issues using our internal knowledge base and tools
Identify issues that need to be escalated and follow the established procedures
Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers
Handle customer inquiries received by phone and through other internal communication channels
Prepare service pricing, quotations and invoices based on the diagnostics performed
Keep customer cases and interactions accurately documented
Make sure customers receive clear and professional communication throughout the support process
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate support level
Take on additional tasks when required by the Team Lead
