We are now looking for a senior pricing and commercial transformation leader to Europe to drive measurable EBIT and margin impact across all the European countries collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Lines and Countries.
Reporting to the VP, Strategy, Transformation, Sustainability & Marketing, you will set the European pricing agenda and convert pricing opportunities into measurable business performance.
You will build a strong community of European Pricing Leaders, mobilize Country Cluster and Business Line leaders, strengthen execution from pricing guidance, and decision to results, and scale data-driven and AI-enabled pricing across Europe.
What you will deliver:
• Deliver measurable EBIT and margin improvement by translating pricing opportunities into clear targets, actions and Finance-validated results.
• Lead Europe’s highest-value pricing priorities, including across the portfolios and countries.
• Build a consistent European pricing performance system with common KPIs, transparent scorecards, regular performance reviews and clear ownership.
• Drive execution with Country Cluster and Business leaders, turning insights into decisions, customer actions and sustained commercial discipline.
• Scale digital, analytics and AI-enabled pricing, converting data and predictive insights
