Role:
This role is designed to provide high quality Assistant support, working flexibly across a portfolio of clients.
To be successful in this role you must be able to switch attention between clients, recognise your own limits and be confident in asking for help. You are a strong communicator who embraces the use of technology and automation to enable a consistent streamlined approach in delivering the Kloned service.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage complex client diaries and schedules proactively, alerting users of deadlines and important appointments and ensuring all necessary information is in the calendar invites
• Manage facilitation of meetings (including Board meetings) such as conference calling, meeting room bookings,
meeting refreshments and other equipment, as required
• Provide inbox management by monitoring and responding to emails and managing a complex schedule
• Provide general administrative and office management support, as required by each client’s setting
• Provide additional support to clients in the areas of: research; business development; marketing; supplier management; HR & recruitment and project management
Who we are looking for:
• You have 3+ years' experience in a fast paced assistant role
• You anticipate client needs and work proactively to support to deliver exceptional service
• You are a team player and have the ability to forge good working relationships with a variety of different personalities
• You are technologically savvy or willing to learn as you’ll be using Kloned and clients' systems
• You can adapt your approach and think creatively when a problem needs solving
