The Company
We are building a context layer for compliance-led ICT organizations to deliver more effectively. Our focus is applying agents and large language models to help regulated companies (like banks) deeply understand complex, legacy, and fast-moving codebases. In many legacy institutions the people who know their code the best are long retired, outsourced or over the rainbow.

We turn code into an enterprise context layer that is always up-to-date, evidence backed and readable by humans, regulators and AI agents.

The Opportunity
As the first engineer, you’ll own all technical aspects and be a co-founding partner of the business. You’ll decide on the tech stack, agent frameworks, model selection and everything to bring the business to market. You'll ship the pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and infrastructure that make LLM-powered code understanding accurate enough to trust.

You’ll partner with a founder that has run product management at two successful startups (one IPO & one acquisition), been CMO at a $4.2B technology provider and worked as a GM at AWS.





What you will build
Our customer is a regulated EU enterprise often with a sprawling ICT landscape and digital transformation is among their top priorities. Their focus is on understanding this landscape, developing a plan for app consolidation and freeing up their best technical people to work on the most important things. You will be building the context layer for the ICT landscape: retrieval and analysis pipelines that turn large repositories into structured, queryable knowledge; LLM evaluation and quality measurement so we know that answers are right; enterprise platform engineering (security, governance and cost) so the product can live inside regulated environments; and the integrations that meet developers where they work. You'll work directly with the founder on what to build and with early customers.

Who we're looking for
A Master's degree (or higher) in computer science, statistics, mathematics
