Key Responsabilities

• Assist in collecting, structuring, validating, and ensuring the quality of finance-related master data such as cost centers, GL accounts, and product hierarchy.
• Support the mapping and reconciliation of data between legacy systems and the new planning solution.
• Help maintain the project backlog, tasks, and timelines using Jira, and contribute to preparing meeting materials and documentation in Confluence.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, document the results, and follow up on any defects or issues.
• Assist in creating end-user documentation and provide support during deployment and training sessions.
• Coordinate communication between local business units and central teams, supporting alignment of data requirements across business and technical stakeholders.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with strong interest in financial planning processes and project-based work.
• Clear and concise communication in English (additional languages a plus).
