MSI Iberia, the Spanish and Portuguese branch of Micro-Star International (MSI), continues to grow across different product categories. We are looking for a proactive and organized Back Office - Sales & Logistic Assistant to join our team in Barcelona.

This position is adecuado for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, supporting the sales team through administrative, operational and accounting-related tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal processes while collaborating with HQ.

Role Overview
As a Back Office - Sales & Logistic Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team. You will also be responsible for managing credit notes and supporting accounting-related processes.

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Manage and process credit notes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Coordinate with customers, distributors and internal departments regarding orders, returns and documentation.




• Assist with order management, pricing updates and sales documentation.
• Support the team with invoice-related queries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the ERP/SCRM systems.
• Prepare reports when required.
• Coordinate with HQ and local teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Handle general back-office tasks and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in a Back Office, Sales Support, Customer Service or Administrative role.
• Experience managing credit notes, invoicing or accounting-related administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
