As a Product Specialist, you will help customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of an AI-powered clinical research platform. You’ll translate customer requirements into tailored product configurations, workflows, and solutions that support complex life sciences use cases. The role combines product expertise, customer success, consulting, project coordination, and technical problem-solving. You’ll work closely with customers throughout implementation, from understanding their needs and configuring solutions to training users and supporting them after launch. You’ll also contribute to pre-sales activities, product enhancements, reporting, and the deployment of new features. Accountabilities

• Configure and tailor applications to meet customer requirements,



including workflows, document types, AI prompts, style guides, and customer-specific formats.

• Manage and coordinate customer projects, ensuring solutions are delivered within agreed scope and timelines.

• Train customers, users, and administrators on product functionality and best practices.

• Provide post-go-live administrative and product support across multiple client accounts.

• Support pre-sales activities by understanding customer business needs, demonstrating product solutions virtually or at industry conferences, and contributing to solution proposals.

• Analyze and support the deployment of new product features, helping customers benefit from ongoing product improvements.

• Maintain production and sandbox environments and help ensure they remain properly configured and operational.
