Job Summary

The HR Shared Services Specialist is responsible for the effective implementation and coordination of approved HR shared services activities at DCP Headquarters. The role ensures efficient service delivery across employee welfare, travel administration, expatriate support, and employee engagement programmes while maintaining compliance with company policies and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Medical/HMO Scheme administration for DCP Nigeria employees.
• Crèche operations and vendor management.
• Expatriate leave planning and administration.
• International and local travel coordination.
• Year-end employee activities and welfare programmes.
• Liaison with internal and external service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Preparation of periodic reports for the Head, Administration & Services.

Key Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Management Sciences,



Human Resources, or related discipline will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 9 years relevant experience in HR Shared Services, Employee Services.

Tasks:
• Administer employee medical and HMO programmes and resolve escalated issues.
• Coordinate expatriate leave schedules and travel logistics.
• Facilitate local and international travel arrangements for employees and visitors.
• Manage relationships with travel agencies, healthcare providers, and other service vendors.
• Support employee welfare initiatives and year-end programmes.
• Monitor service delivery standards and identify areas for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service-level agreements.
• Prepare service reports, utilisation statistics, and management updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Shared Services function.
