Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients regarding complex cybersecurity inquiries and system alerts.
• Monitor and analyze potential threats to provide real-time assistance, ensuring the highest standards of digital security.
• Resolve technical challenges involving software protection, account security,



and data privacy protocols.
• Coordinate with internal IT security teams to escalate and track critical system vulnerabilities.
• Educate users on security best practices to prevent unauthorized access and phishing attempts.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of security incidents and client interactions within the cybersecurity CRM.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client experience by providing feedback on security software performance.

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
• A strong interest in the cybersecurity industry and basic knowledge of digital protection tools.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with an empathetic approach to customer support.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.
