• Resolve billing queries and manage subscription account settings with high attention to detail.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient, friendly, and professional communication.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM to improve service quality across the platform.
• Stay updated on the latest streaming technology and service updates to provide expert assistance.

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal training and company documentation.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to work in Greece.
