Job Purpose

The purpose of the Program Manager role is to provide strategic oversight of client programs and ensure their successful overall delivery. The role serves as a key link between the client and RWS, helping to maintain strong partnerships while ensuring programs meet business objectives and deliver long-term value for both the client and RWS.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of client programs, ensuring agreed quality, timelines, profitability and client expectations are met.

• Own the operational client relationship, acting as a key point of contact and escalation for program-related issues.

• Monitor program performance, KPIs and risks,



taking proactive action when targets or delivery are at risk.

• Build, manage and develop the Project Management team, including staffing, performance management, mentoring, training and succession planning.

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Quality, Vendor Management, Technical Services and other teams to support successful program delivery.

• Oversee program financial performance, including budgets, profitability, revenue forecasting and revenue recognition.

• Lead the resolution of delivery or quality issues, including root cause investigations and CAPA processes where required.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality and operational performance.

• Support account growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals, RFPs and client-facing discussions.
