EF Education First - Corporate Learning is looking for a new Customer Service Representative.
If you live in Barcelona, have a valid NIE/Spanish Social Security Number, and want to work 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, either in our central office or from home (2 days a week) with an international team of experts, apply now

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Motivating and guiding our students through our online school

• Advising on how to achieve personal and company learning targets via phone, chat, and email

• Presenting the different school features and options to provide a customized service

• Overcoming student objections, anticipating their needs by giving personal solutions to manage time and progress





• Offering call and follow-up service in French (C2 level) and English (C1 or C2 level). Other languages spoken will be a plus

• Hosting school demo webinars

• Providing technical advice and solutions to ensure all our students have the best learning experience using EF products

• Responding to all questions directly or by relaying them to our General Customer Service by email or chat

• Meeting the operational requirements for the quality and productivity of customer support services

• Reporting to your Supervisor

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will be/have:

• Excellent writing and speaking skills in French and English

• Highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy

• Focused on students’ satisfaction and ready to go the extra mile

• Cultural awareness and interpersonal skills that establish a trusted advisor relationship with students
