HRBP

As an HBRP, you will be responsible for business partnering, employee relations and HR operations. You will report to the Head of HR Iberia and be part of the Iberia team.

A day in the life of an HRBP can look like
• Act as a trusted HR partner to management, aligning business objectives with HR practices and providing guidance on all people-related matters.




• Support the implementation of the local HR strategy in line with Group policies, including compensation, benefits and people management practices adapted to local needs.Partner with Managers to drive employee engagement, effective communication, motivation and high performance, in line with company values.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a positive and effective candidate and employee experience.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including time & attendance, contract amendments, working time reductions, leaves of absence and other employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution, maintaining constructive relationships with employees, managers and employee representatives.
