Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking an HR Operations Specialist who is energetic and detail-oriented to support our fast-growing organization. This role will be a member of the dynamic HR team in the company’s headquarters located in San Jose, CA. Our idóneo candidate should possess solid, progressively well-rounded human resources experience, with exceptional interpersonal skills. A successful candidate should also be a team player, with the ability to interact with employees of all levels using:



tact, patience and professional courtesy, as well as completing all work with a sense of urgency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Operations Specialist job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Served as the primary liaison between temp staffing agencies and department managers to align on day-to-day operation needs

• Manage temp worker’s timecard to ensure managers approving timecard timely

• Maintain time keeping data system

• Reconcile vendors invoices

• Strong data analytics, reporting and metrics tracking

• Resolve logistic issues and streamline internal process

• HR project as assigned by the HR management

Qualifications:

• AA degree required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the areas of general HR operations, employment law, compensation, performance management, training & development, payrol
