The opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented event professional to join our Integral Events team. This AMER based role will manage the planning and execution of events, working closely with internal stakeholders from marketing, product, and sales teams to achieve goals and priorities for our Ads and Programmatic business in North America.
This person will own their assigned programs end to end - from venue and vendor sourcing through registration, on-site execution, and post-event reporting. We're looking for a collaborative, organized self-starter who loves live events and can keep several moving at once.
What you’ll be doing
Own planning and execution of field marketing events across the Ads and Programmatic business - trade shows, regional customer events, executive programs, and partner activations - ensuring each experience aligns with business goals and reinforces brand values.

Partner closely with Sales and Regional Marketing to support pipeline-driving and demand-generation events, adapting execution models to local market needs.



Collaborate with Sales on event audience strategy, including invite lists, account prioritization, and follow-up motions.

Lead all planning and logistics, including venue sourcing and contracting, vendor and agency management, catering, transportation, A/V, and on-site execution — coordinating timelines to keep deadlines on track and stakeholders informed.

Own event registration and attendance tracking using event platforms, partnering with marketing operations to ensure accurate post-event reporting, lead flow, and ROI measurement.

Oversee event budgets for assigned programs, including purchase order creation, approvals, and reconciliation in partnership with Finance and Procurement, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing, with a strong focus on sales-aligned, pipeline-driving programs.
