We are looking for a Mid-Level Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of the relationship with a portfolio of clients.
You will be responsible for managing and developing client accounts,



ensuring a high-quality service and acting as a key point of contact between our clients and the different internal teams at Amphora.
Your role will combine account management, customer relationship, operational follow-up, and business development , ensuring that our clients' needs are understood, followed up, and translated into effective solutions.
You will work closely with Operations, Customer Care, Product, and other internal teams to anticipate potential issues, coordinate priorities, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Account Management
Follow up on account performance, satisfaction, and key operational metrics.
Coordinate with Customer Care and internal teams to resolve queries and incidents.
Prepare and present account performance reports and business updates.
Anticipate potential issues and take proactive action before they impact the customer experience.
