The Role
Location: North America (fully remote) · Reports to: President North America
The Dealer Network Manager for North America turns prospects (dealers, experience centers, rentals) into signed Stark dealers.



You identify the dealers worth having, sell them the Stark concept remotely, negotiate and sign the agreement, and set the dealer up so they can trade from day one. Once the dealer is signed and basic onboarding is complete, you hand the account to the Regional Sales Manager.
This is a full-time dealer acquisition role. You do not carry an existing dealer portfolio and you are not measured on reorders: you are measured on new dealers signed and trading.
What You’ll Do
- Build and prioritise the target dealer list per territory, working from the dealer coverage map (market size, population, distance, competitor locations)
- Prospect remotely by phone, email and video, reaching owners and principals directly
- Qualify candidates against Stark's dealer criteria before terms are discussed: brands carried, facility, service capability, credit standing and geographic fit
