As a Principal Business Consultant in our Quality Practice , you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.
Our Quality Practice supports general Operations teams in delivering safe and effective products efficiently to more patients. We focus on Quality process and operating model improvement spanning Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Training across Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer products.



Project Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams
Strategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for the Quality Practice, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+
Thought Leadership: Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Quality to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges
Experience: 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)
Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape
Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships
