We are seeking an experienced After Sales Regional Manager to lead our operations across Spain. As an After Sales Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our After Sales operations within the assigned Area. This role requires a strategic thinker, a team leader, and a customer-focused individual with a strong background in automotive after sales in Madrid.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all After Sales matters in the designated Area.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the Aftersales sector.
Oversee parts and accessories inventory management and distribution within the Region.
Implement data-driven solutions to reduce warranty-related costs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Support with systems and processes training ensuring the proper use of specific special tools, software & programs.




Ensure that processes, procedures, and customer service standards are consistent and of the highest quality.
Budget and Financial Management:
Develop and manage Dealers budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Regularly analyze financial performance and take necessary actions to achieve financial targets.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all operations within the region comply with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards.
Implement quality assurance and control measures to guarantee the highest level of service and parts quality.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular reports to the regional and corporate management teams on Dealers performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
