the management support team of the EU4U Advisory Programme of the
European Investment Bank. This is a full-time position running from
October 2026 until November 2028. It is based in Kyiv, at the EIB
Regional Hub for Eastern Europe. What value will you bring to the
team? The Project Management Support (PMS) team supports the
Programme Management Team to take on, amongst other, the following
responsibilities: Preparation of proposals for individual TA
operations (needs assessment, scoping of activities, drafting of
requests, supporting the approval process, preparing the relevant
agreements) Drafting of Terms of Reference Identification, scoping
and management of transversal activities Contribute to the
