Legal Attorney (Fixed-Term Contract) Req ID: 10160247About the Role & TeamThis Legal Attorney role sits within the Disney Iberia Legal team and provides broad, cross-functional support across commercial, corporate, technology and regional matters for Spain and Portugal, while collaborating closely with colleagues across EMEA and the US. The attorney will combine strong commercial contracting, IP and data protection expertise with a genuine interest in technology, AI and legal innovation to enable Disney’s businesses to operate, grow and transform in a compliant and efficient way. This role reports to the Senior Counsel. What You Will Do
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including service, agency, vendor, acquisition, marketing, promotional, partnership and sponsorship arrangements and provide day-to-day advice to teams in Spain and Portugal
- Advise on marketing, advertising, promotions, competitions, events, PR, image rights, intellectual property and reputational matters including reviewing materials, drafting terms and supporting clearances
- Provide guidance on data protection and privacy including GDPR-related contractual matters arising from marketing, events and other uses of personal data
