Purpose of role: Support MG fleet opportunities and sales in Spain
Role Purpose
The Junior Fleet Account Specialist will support market opportunities and sales growth for the B2B channel across Spain, with a role split approximately 75% farming — managing, nurturing and growing the existing Fleet customer portfolio — and 25% hunting, proactively identifying and approaching new B2B clients to expand the customer base. This role acts as a strategic bridge between the OEM and the professional ecosystem, managing relationships with the dealer network and corporate clients to achieve Fleet sales targets and ensure sustainable business development in the B2B channel.
Responsibilities
- Support the monitoring of annual/quarterly B2B sales targets with the dealer network (Business Centers).
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing national B2B customers,



following up on framework agreements with large organizations to secure and expand local fleet supply.
- Support the implementation and optimization of B2B processes, maintaining the CRM system, sales reporting, and weekly forecasts to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Handle the day-to-day farming and administrative follow-up of existing accounts (orders, contracts, renewals and documentation), ensuring smooth and timely account operations.
- Identify and approach new potential B2B clients (hunting), generating new business opportunities to complement and expand the existing Fleet customer base.
- Visit MG Business Centers network to promote B2B sales, helping them develop their local business and ensuring the brand's long-term B2B goals are implemented.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Marketing, and Aftersales departments to boost sales and ensure timely resolution of customer/fleet issues.
